Monthly Packs Terms

These terms apply on top of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Where they differ, these terms apply to monthly packs and delivered orders.

1. How the monthly cycle works

Orders paid after 8pm on the 25th go into the following month's delivery.

2. Monthly packs

1. Packs are available in Student, Professional and Family options at the prices shown on the website.
2. Each pack's contents are chosen by P.Plus and may change every month. The contents are shown before you pay.
3. Packs are fixed. You cannot add, remove or swap items.
4. If an item is out of stock, we replace it with an item of equal or greater value and tell you in your delivery message.
5. Pack prices may change. Any change is shown on the website before you pay.

3. Payment

1. Each month's pack is a separate order, paid at checkout. There is no contract or minimum term.
2. Your pack is confirmed once paid by 8pm on the 25th.

4. Cancelling

1. You can cancel a pack order for a full refund before 8pm on the 25th, by WhatsApp or email.
2. After that, the pack is being bought and packed for you, so it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where the goods are faulty or not as described.

5. Build Your Own Box

1. Choose any items from the shop at shelf prices. Delivery is available on orders of £40 or more.
2. Boxes paid by 8pm on the 25th are delivered on the first Sunday of the following month, on the same run as the monthly packs.
3. Items that go out of stock before packing will be refunded, or replaced with your agreement.

6. Delivery

1. Delivery costs £3.99 in Zone 1, £5.99 in Zone 2 and £7.99 in Zone 3, set by your postcode. We will message you with a delivery window the day before.
2. Someone must be available to receive the delivery, because orders may contain chilled or frozen food. If no one is in, we will arrange collection from the shop or redelivery.
